Yemane and his guys know I don't like to hear no noise while I'm driving. Once I hear anything I'm calling for service. I was told to bring the car right now. This is SURELY one of the few truly honest shops around. We have 5 cars in the family and Yemani is our family 'car doctor'. It is such a relief to never have to worry about whether the garage is fleecing you. Latest example; last week, my youngest and newest driver in the family could not accelerate beyond 30mph. It is an older car which had been relatively unused for about 7 months. I did not drive it, so I had the car towed to GF Auto and told Yemani what the complaint was. He called back afterwards and told me that there was nothing particularly wrong with the car but suggested an oil change. In my experience prior to GF Auto, other shops and dealerships usually come up with a laundry list of 'suggested' repairs that are causing the problem. He has made special accomodations for me for payment or for being able to pick up my car after hours. He always tells me what needs to be fixed and how much it will cost up front as well as an accurate estimate of when my car will be done.
